Self Guided City Walk & Interactive Treasure Hunt Featured Image

Go Quest Adventures

Go Quest Adventures is turning Stratford-upon-Avon into an adventure playground with a fun, interactive, treasure-hunt style Quest all self-guided through your smartphone. With clues to find, puzzles to solve & challenges to complete, think walking tour with an escape room twist! It really is one of the best ways to explore Stratford.

Your puzzle-filled adventure starts at the Gower Memorial then winds you through the city’s charming streets where you will learn about many Shakespearean sites including Shakespeare’s birthplace, New Place and Holy Trinity Church. Then wander along the serene River Avon picking up some more fun facts. But it’s not all about the Bard. During your Quest you might learn about a Guy Fawkes inspired assassination plot, a canoeist who saved the canals, discover some art hidden in plain sight and even hear a ghost story or two.

As the Quest is self-guided, you can start whenever you choose with instant access and nothing to print from home. It’s private with no groups to follow so complete the Quest at your own pace, stopping for rest breaks along the way when you choose. Add up to 5 players to the app for one price.

So put down your quill, lace up your boots and get ready to explore the sights, discover hidden gems and ultimately, conquer your Stratford-upon-Avon Quest.

This is an ideal outdoor activity for couples, families, groups of friends, and can be the perfect team building activity.

Will you conquer the Quest?

Note: This Quest is a 2 mile loop around Stratford and is wheelchair friendly. It can take between 2.5 - 3+ hours to complete depending on breaks. While this Quest will take to you many of Stratford's attractions which you are free to visit, the Quest does not include tickets to any attractions. Please note that the Quest is available in English only.
