An Intimate Evening Of Songs & Story Telling
Rother Street Arts House, Stratford-upon-Avon
15th April 2026
Doors open 7pm
£10 Entry
This month the featured artists are Claire Boswell, Amit Dattani and Jack Blackman.
Claire’s distinctive and timeless sound evokes the aura of the Woodstock generation, with resonating lyrics, mellifluous vocals, and a subtle technical expertise reminiscent of Linda Ronstadt, Emmylou Harris and Lucinda Williams.
Folk, blues and Americana singer-songwriter Amit Dattani has garnered attention from the likes of BBC Radio 2, BBC 6 Music, Americana UK and fRoots, with his nimble fingerpicking and striking lyrical originality.
Jack’s Blackman’s music has been described as ‘exceptional’ by Whispering Bob Harris. Having cut his teeth in his teens trading licks with such luminaries as Paul Jones and The Blues Band, Tony Joe White and receiving accolades from Martin Simpson who marvelled, ‘At last! A brilliant young guitarist coming through’.
