For the first time Hotel du Vin is bringing a taste of Sicily to the UK with its limited-run Wood, Fire & Vine events – a new open-air dining experience rolling out at selected hotels across the UK.
Created in partnership with Planeta Wines, the experience combines Mediterranean antipasti, wood-fired dishes, and Sicilian wines for £49 per person, offering staycationers, tourists and locals alike a way to enjoy a Mediterranean-inspired escape from their day, without leaving the UK.
Launching at a total of 11 Hotel du Vin locations including Brighton, Avon Gorge, Stratford-upon-Avon, Harrogate and Winchester, the experience features a welcome glass of sparkling wine, generous antipasti, a trio of wood-fired dishes and seasonal Mediterranean sides, all served outdoors on hotel terraces throughout July and August.
