Saturday Clubs - Brick Club

Brick Club - Hostile Habitats!

This month, get stuck into a range of exciting building projects at the Brick Club! Use bricks to build exciting new creations to solve a variety of problems. You’ll need all your creativity and ingenuity - are you up to the challenge?

Scientists and engineers have always been challenged to explore hostile habitats and remote, dangerous places to make new discoveries and rescue those in need. To do this, they have designed satellites, rovers and robots that help them to enter and document previously inaccessible places.

Taking inspiration from our collection and using our Lego We.Do software, our Brick Club will build and code vehicles to explore these hostile habitats and rescue unwary scientists from danger!

The cost is just £10 per child for each Saturday Club which includes admission to the Museum for 1 adult for the duration of the 1.5 hour session, as they need to remain on site  (don’t worry, grown-ups, we have over 400 vehicles to discover and a lovely cafe!).

No previous experience or specialist equipment is necessary - we’ll provide everything you need to join the fun! Older or younger siblings can be accepted on request. Max 15 participants per club.
