Event Information

Join us for a relaxed and welcoming open mic night celebrating poetry, storytelling and spoken word.

Hosted by writer and facilitator, Lucy Parrott, these evenings offer a supportive space for people to share their words, try out new work, or simply sit back and enjoy listening. Performers and audience members of all experience levels are warmly welcomed, and first-time readers are especially encouraged.

Lucy has been running writing workshops for over ten years and has been teaching for nearly three decades. Her events are known for their friendly atmosphere and encouragement of authentic voices.

Whether you have something to share or just want to enjoy a creative evening, come along and be part of Stratford’s growing open mic nights.

Time slots are five minutes long and they are allocated upon arrival.
