Unwrapped: An Onstage Demonstration

Join our actors and members of the creative team as they unwrap our plays and demonstrate some of the skills that go into making them.

Find out more about the text and production of Henry V with an in-depth creative and academic study session. Explore the text, context, and historical interpretations of the play through lectures, practical workshops and interactive discussions. Includes a ticket to the Henry V Unwrapped.

Our Unwrapped demonstrations offer a peek into the rehearsal room, with the Assistant Director and members of the cast looking at moments from the play. They give an insight into how a scene is taken off the page and onto the stage, and show the type of exercises and discussion that took place during rehearsals.  

ACCESS

Before you book a session with us, hosted in our Clore Learning Centre, we want to make sure we can fully cater to your needs, and the needs of everyone booking. If you might not be able to use the stairs, or hear a fire alarm, it is likely that we will need to discuss a Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP) with you. If you are booking a session in the Clore Learning Centre for yourself, or on behalf of a group who are likely to require PEEP(s), please contact us in advance at learning@rsc.org.uk so we can discuss your needs.
